Whether you are on Singapore for business or leisure and looking for a value for money in a convenient, central location it is hard to beat Hotel 81 Chinatown. Whilst the rooms fronting the street have windows (and thus views) the rooms facing to the rear are a bit larger, have a wardrobe and are quieter. For those who need a bit more room, the family room is definitely worth the small extra amount.

Description
All rooms in Hotel 81 Chinatown have air-conditioning, bathroom with shower, colour television, in-room safe, IDD telephone, broadband internet access (with an additional nominal fee), coffee/tea making facilities, hairdryer and wardrobes.
There are 3 room types; Superior, Twin and Family. Superior and Twin Rooms are nearly identical except that Superior Rooms have one queen size bed while Twin Rooms have two single beds. Family Rooms are a bit larger and feature one queen size bed and a sofa bed as the additional bed.
Handicapped and non smoking rooms are available. |
