Ultimate Food Journey is not just an eating tour. There’s plenty of eating involved, but it's also a cultural deep-dive into the beloved wet markets and hawker stalls that explores the origins and heritage of iconic Singapore staples like local coffee, belachan, roti prata, and lots more. The tour starts in the best way possible; by eating, of course! You’re brought to a hawker centre to sample the best of the best local dishes. At a local wet market, you will be introduced to local ingredients and how they're used in signature Singapore dishes. Next, enjoy an intimate visit to two family-run factories to get a behind-the-scenes look at the local food industry. Then, before you know it, it’s a hands-on popiah-rolling lunch session. The tour ends on a sweet note, with the famos putu piring at arguably Singaporean’s favourite putu piring stall. See how it’s made up close and eat as many as you want.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Marcy’s and decided to celebrate a friend’s birthday there. From the moment we stepped in, the restaurant impressed with its beautifully curated interior. The space is warm, stylish and highly Instagram-worthy, with rich colours, vintage-inspired décor, elegant lighting and thoughtfully designed corners that make every photograph look stunning. The food was equally memorable. Every dish felt creative and unique, with interesting flavour combinations and beautiful presentation. From the fresh seafood dishes and indulgent crab toast to the perfectly cooked meats, pasta and crispy Brussels sprouts, each plate was thoughtfully crafted and packed with flavour. The dishes were not only visually appealing but also executed with great attention to detail. The cocktails were also well done, complementing the meal and adding to the overall experience. What stood out even more was the service. The staff were attentive, welcoming and knowledgeable, ensuring that we felt well taken care of throughout the evening. Their recommendations and attention to detail elevated the dining experience. For anyone looking for a restaurant that combines excellent food, attentive service and a stunning atmosphere, Marcy’s is definitely worth a visit. It is a place where great food meets beautiful aesthetics, making it perfect for celebrations, date nights or simply a memorable meal with family and friends.

Marcy's: 9/10 Check out my other reviews at @pandareviewsfood on Instagram! I've been wishing to treat myself after my first paycheck, and this premium seafood diner just seemed to be the perfect place to spend on myself. What a worthwhile spend it is :) Swordfish Steak ($42): 9.2/10 I'm speechless. I genuinely sat in silence just savoring the first bite. This is easily the best fish I've eaten this year. The aburi is perfect, and the smoky sweetness pairs wonderfully with the salty brightness of the yuzu kosho. Even if you removed everything else from the menu, I would come back just for this. Hokkaido Scallop Crudo ($29): 8.4/10 This is one of my favorite starters from any restaurant. The saltiness of the roe and the acidity of the Leche Tigre make the sweetness of the scallop shine so much more. I finished the plate, craving more food, which means this dish did its job flawlessly. Hasselback Frites ($19): 8.1/10 The cocktail prawns were as juicy and sweet as I expected from any premium seafood restaurant. What was a pleasant surprise was the potato fritter itself. You could easily taste the effort that went into it, given its seasoning and perfect crunch. Marcy's Crab Toast ($26): 8.2/10 The generous amount of crab and ikura that was piled on top of the perfect brioche bun made me understand why this was so well-liked among reviewers at this restaurant. Thank you to everyone at Marcy's for the incredible experience I had that night! The dinner would not have been as wonderful without such excellent service. If you like seafood, this is a MUST.
